It follows our Kickstarter page, and they email you at launch for free.
What does all-or-nothing mean?
Then nobody pays, since Kickstarter only charges if we hit the goal.
When will I be charged?
Once the campaign ends, only if we hit the goal, with shipping after.
How much is shipping?
You pay 60% of the estimate after the campaign, and we cover the rest.
Where do the fees go?
Kickstarter takes 5% plus about 3% for payments, already in the budget.
Can I change or cancel my pledge?
Yep, you can switch tiers or cancel on Kickstarter any time before the campaign ends.
Can I get a refund?
Message us and we'll sort it, and full terms go up before launch.
What's the puzzle add-on?
A $29 NOCATCH puzzle you can add to any reward, and you pay its shipping.
Do I get a NOCATCH light?
Only with the Founding Unit, which includes one from the first production run.
